ReActive Adaptations custom offroad handcycles was started from the growing need for access to the outdoors. It was founded in the mountains of Crested Butte, Colorado, where accessing nature is a lifestyle. The rugged landscape, at 8,885 feet above sea level, continues to influence the ReActive Adaptations product line. Each piece of equipment is handmade in Colorado for each order with individual customization available.

As time goes on, the world of adaptive sports continues to push the envelope of possibility, imagination, and the need for more. ReActive Adaptations grew from this need for more, and from the need for authentically engineered adaptive equipment, designed and built by the very people who benefit from the sport and the access it provides.
