So by “convertible” we mean a Bomber Off Road handcycle with the capability of being converted from a standard 24″ wheelset to the Surly Clownshoe FAT TIRE wheelset!

Gary”s 24″ Bomber Specs:

  • Sram X.9 10-Speed drive train with Schlumpf Mountain Drive.
  • Magura Big Twin front brakes and Magura Big Single rear brakes
  • Schwalbe Fat Albert Rear 2.4″ tire, Schwalbe Blackjack 2.1″ front tires

Bomber Fat Tire Specs:

  • Surly Clownshoe Rims with Surly Bud 4.8″ Tires
  • Alfine 8 internal Rear hub with Alfine S500 shifter
  • Custom rear swing-arm made specific for the Surly setup.

    Great looking bike build, definitely making my cross country mtn handbike look old. Really like the hydraulic line routing on the front, and having a choice between wheel setups is great.
